Customers will receive a full refund or credit with a 48 hours notice of cancellation before the date of the tour, game or activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Cancellation must be announced at least 48 hours before the date of the tour, game or activity by email at email@example.com or by contacting us by phone or by Whatsapp at +351 920 153 047.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
